Public Domain Movies | Alice, Sweet Alice

Soon after Karen's first communion, a series of gruesome murders occur in the neighborhood. The victims include family members, friends, and neighbors, all of whom are brutally killed. As the murders continue, suspicion falls on various individuals, including Alice.

Alice, a troubled and eccentric teenager, becomes the prime suspect in the eyes of the police and her community. Her strange behavior, family conflicts, and perceived resentment toward her sister make her an easy target for suspicion.

The film follows the efforts of the local police detective, Lieutenant Speltzer (played by Alphonso DeNoble), to solve the murders and uncover the identity of the killer. As the body count rises and the mystery deepens, Alice must navigate a world of suspicion, fear, and danger as she attempts to clear her name (1976).
