The plot of "Atom Age Vampire" centers around a brilliant but deranged scientist named Dr. Levin (played by Alberto Lupo). Dr. Levin is conducting radical and experimental research in the field of plastic surgery and cellular regeneration. His experiments are aimed at finding a way to reverse the effects of scarring and disfigurement.

The story unfolds when a beautiful young woman named Jeanette Moreneau (played by Susanne Loret) is disfigured in a car accident. She seeks out Dr. Levin in the hopes that he can restore her beauty. Dr. Levin agrees to help Jeanette, but his methods involve unethical and dangerous procedures.

To carry out his experiments, Dr. Levin relies on a mysterious and lethal chemical substance that has the ability to transform his appearance and temporarily erase his own disfigurement. However, the chemical also has deadly side effects, and it leads to a series of gruesome murders (1960).
