His New Job (1915) is Chaplin's first film for Essanay Studios, in which the Little Tramp lands a job at a movie studio and causes absolute chaos on the set — accidentally destroying props, upstaging actors, and reducing an entire production to rubble with his signature blend of incompetence and ingenuity.
Starring Charlie Chaplin, Ben Turpin, and Charlotte Mineau. This film is in the public domain and free to watch, download, and share.
