Two young boys, Masao and Jim, who are part of a Boy Scout troop. They are excited about an upcoming camping trip by the sea and are looking forward to it. However, their camping plans take an unexpected turn when they witness a strange and unidentified flying object (UFO) in the sky.

The UFO turns out to be the spacecraft of an alien race known as the Virasians. The Virasians, who look like humans, have come to Earth with a sinister plan. They take control of the minds of Masao and Jim to use them as hostages, forcing the Boy Scouts to cooperate with their scheme.

The Virasians reveal their true intention: they want to use Gamera's abilities to destroy the Earth, and they threaten to harm the boys if their plan is not followed. Masao and Jim's parents, who are also members of the Boy Scout troop, become deeply concerned for the safety of their children.

Gamera, the giant, turtle-like guardian of Earth, soon becomes aware of the alien threat and engages in a series of battles with the Virasians and their colossal squid-like creature, Viras. The battles are epic and involve both land and underwater confrontations.

As the battles intensify, the Boy Scouts, Gamera, and the people of Earth must work together to thwart the Virasians' destructive plans and save the planet (1968).
