The story revolves around a teenage girl named Roxy Miller (Marilyn Manning) who, while driving through the California desert, stumbles upon Eegah (Richard Kiel), a prehistoric caveman living in a cave. She tells her boyfriend Tom Nelson (played by Arch Hall Jr., who is also the son of the film's director) and her father Robert Miller (played by Arch Hall Sr.) about the discovery.
