Mad Youth (1940) is a pre-code exploitation drama in which a neglectful mother's obsession with her own social life leaves her teenage daughter to run wild — attending wild parties, falling in with a bad crowd, and dancing in illegal gambling dens. A lurid moral panic film dressed up as a stern warning.
Starring Mary Ainslee, Betty Compson, and Willy Castello. This film is in the public domain and free to watch, download, and share.
