"The Corpse Vanishes" revolves around a mysterious countess (played by Elizabeth Russell) who, in order to maintain her youthful appearance, sends her henchmen to abduct young brides on their wedding days. The countess then extracts fluid from the brides to use in a rejuvenation process. A nosy reporter and a young doctor become entangled in the investigation of these strange occurrences (1942).
