The story takes place in the town of Tiny Town, a miniature Western town populated entirely by little people. The town is run by the villainous Bat Haines (played by Billy Curtis), who has a gang of outlaws at his disposal. Bat Haines is determined to control the town and its resources for his own gain.
Meanwhile, the townsfolk of Tiny Town are led by the virtuous Buck Lawson (played by Billy Rhodes), who serves as their sheriff. Buck is determined to stand up to Bat Haines and his gang, despite the odds being stacked against him.
As tensions rise between Buck and Bat Haines, a newcomer named Bob "The Hero" (played by Billy Barty) arrives in town. Bob is a talented marksman and quickly earns the admiration of the townsfolk, especially the ladies.
With Bob's help, Buck and the townsfolk band together to thwart Bat Haines' plans and restore peace and order to Tiny Town. Along the way, there are plenty of comedic hijinks, including horseback chases, barroom brawls, and slapstick humor.
Despite facing numerous challenges and obstacles, Buck, Bob, and the townsfolk ultimately emerge victorious, defeating Bat Haines and his gang and saving Tiny Town from tyranny.
The film concludes with a celebration in Tiny Town, as the townsfolk rejoice in their newfound freedom and honor Buck, Bob, and their fellow heroes for their bravery and courage (1938).
